On 17, March, 2023, starting at 10:00 am CET, and continuing until 11:00 am CEST (1 hours), Mashme will be performing a service update to deploy a new version on the cloud service.

During this time, some components will not be available so all users will experience service interruptions.
This action will bring new features and improvements to the mashme platform, as explained in the release notes for that version. Please, ask the support for that information if you did not receive it.
We will provide an update when we begin and complete the service update.

Mashme have installed and tested the latest Microsoft Security patches on our test devices and are happy that they will not cause any known problems to our software usage.
We recommend that our customers install the security patches in a controlled manner on their servers, and test operations after reboot.
By installing in a controlled manner, we avoid the risk of a session being disrupted by an unexpected installation / reboot that might take several hours to complete.
Not all systems will behave in the same way, so we request that you advise us when complete, and if any issues are identified on your system during the process.
