This action will bring patches to reported bugs on the mashme platform:

> A participant can not turn on the camera after the assistant unblocks it
> The presenter's avatar is not being displayed on the analytics portal
> A special icon for remote presenters must be displayed on videowalls and delegates 
> The poll is reopened if a student selects an answer right after the presenter closes it
> Other minor fixes and improvements
